Dr. Kiara van Mourik is a specialist Anaesthetist who completed most of her training in Victoria. She trained through The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Austin Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital, Western Hospital, Ballarat Base Hospital and Mercy Women’s Hospital.

She has completed an Obstetric and Gynecological Fellowship at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, and a Regional Anaesthesia Fellowship at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital in Perth. She has also completed Fellowship time at the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre.

Dr. van Mourik is passionate about teaching and mentorship, having completed a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education in 2018, and is an active committee member of the Well -Being Group at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital.

Prior to studying Medicine at Deakin University in Geelong, she completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University in Clayton, Victoria.
