Dr Randeep Kaur Goyal is a consultant anaesthetist with extensive experience across major tertiary hospitals in both India and Australia. She trained in anaesthesia at the prestigious Christian Medical College in India before moving to Australia in 2015, where she completed her fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) in 2017.
She currently works as a consultant anaesthetist at Royal Perth Hospital and across the private sector. At Royal Perth, she has undertaken fellowships in trauma and regional anaesthesia, developing broad expertise in general, trauma, regional, and perioperative medicine. She also holds the Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Medicine with ANZCA.
Dr Goyal is strongly committed to education and quality improvement. She is a Supervisor of Training with ANZCA, mentoring the next generation of anaesthetists. In addition, she contributes as an SIMG interview panellist for ANZCA and is a faculty member for regional anaesthesia courses.

Dr Goyal’s practice spans a wide range of surgical specialties including ENT, plastic surgery, general surgery and bariatrics, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, trauma, vascular, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy. Her special interests include trauma anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia, acute pain management, and perioperative medicine. She is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality anaesthesia care.
Beyond her clinical commitments, Dr Goyal values family time and maintaining an active lifestyle.
